Feasibility

Conducting a feasibility study before engaging an architect to commence design, or even before purchasing a property can save you considerable time and money. A feasibility study assesses the potential of the site to achieve your objectives, whether they're personal or commercial.

As part of completing a feasibility study, our architects review planning schemes and the specifications and limitations of the proposed site in order to assess whether your brief is possible.

Depending on your requirements we can also complete a 'mud-map'. This provides a high level review of the available space and an outline of how required structures and amenities might fit on the site.

We can engage other consultants including engineers, building surveyors, land surveyors, geo-technical engineers and EPA agents to assess other constraints of the site and provide you with expert advice to inform your decisions.
